Lotus S4 Sealant is a single component, ready to use, polyurethane based sealant with elastic structure and reacts with atmospheric moisture curing. It is used for both horizontal and vertical joints and cracks.

WHEN TO USE S4 SEALANT?

USES

It is used at interior and exterior expansions joints in buildings, all vertical & horizontal dilatations between prefabricated elements in high buildings, towers,terrace dilatations, wood, metal based joints as a joint waterproofing sealant.

Hardness: 25-35 Shore A

Touch time: 60 min

Shorter hardness: (24 hours) 2-2.5 mm

Hardening time: (For 2mm thick) 24-26 hours

Max. Derz. Range: 4+0.2 cm
